Our Return Period
Meloseed accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
The conditions below explain the difference between returns requested because of personal preference and returns involving problems attributable to the product or fulfillment of the order.
Returns Based on Personal Preference
If an eligible item is no longer wanted or does not meet a customer's personal preferences, a return may be requested within the stated period.
For a change-of-mind return, the product should generally remain unused, in substantially its original condition, and accompanied by its relevant components, accessories, and packaging.
Items showing substantial use, unauthorized alterations, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Some products may be subject to restrictions where permitted by applicable law because of their condition or nature.
These restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially misdescribed merchandise.
Problems With Received Products
If an order arrives with missing components, the wrong item, visible damage, or a product defect, customers should contact Meloseed with their order details.
We may request relevant photographs or other information reasonably necessary to understand the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, or another available resolution.
Who Pays for Return Delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges when returning an eligible product because of a change of mind.
Where the return is required due to an error or product problem attributable to Meloseed, we cover applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns to the extent permitted by law.
We do not apply a standard restocking fee to eligible returns.
Starting a Return

Include the order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the request.
Our customer service team will review the information and provide applicable return instructions.
Please wait for the confirmed return address and instructions before sending merchandise back.
Review and Refund Processing
Returned items may be inspected to confirm their condition and eligibility.
When a refund is approved, payment is returned through the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Any mandatory refund deadlines or remedies under applicable law take precedence over these general procedures.
Your Legal Protections
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable consumer protection rights and payment-provider dispute options.
