Meloseed provides online shopping services, including product information, order processing, shipping arrangements, and after-sales assistance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information to support order fulfillment.

If you create an account on meloseed.com, you are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials and prevent unauthorized access. Please notify us promptly at service@meloseed.com if you become aware of suspicious account activity. We may take appropriate security measures to protect affected accounts. Nothing in this section makes customers responsible for unauthorized activity caused by circumstances for which they are not legally liable.
4. Order Rules
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected merchandise. Orders are subject to payment verification, product availability, and legitimate processing requirements. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. Meloseed may cancel an order when fulfillment is not possible because of stock shortages, payment verification issues, or material system errors. Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be issued through the original payment method in accordance with applicable law. Product specifications, prices, and availability may change, but such changes will not remove customers' rights concerning existing transactions. Customers are encouraged to review product details before purchasing and contact us if clarification is required.
5. User Conduct Requirements
Customers must use meloseed.com lawfully and must not engage in fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, interference with website functionality, or other activities that violate applicable laws. Customers may request eligible returns and after-sales assistance under our Refund policy and After-sales-policy. Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order, and returned products should generally remain unused and in substantially their original condition. These conditions do not restrict mandatory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed merchandise. Customers may also unsubscribe from eligible marketing communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Platform Rights and Responsibilities
Meloseed may update website information, revise these terms, and take reasonable action to address suspected fraud or material misuse of its services. Where appropriate, account restrictions or order cancellations may be applied in a proportionate manner and in accordance with applicable law. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and relevant information about orders, delivery, returns, and customer assistance. Our standard order processing period is generally 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Standard Shipping costs $5.99, Express Shipping costs $15.99 where available, and orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 or more before taxes qualify for free Standard Shipping where offered. Changes to these terms will be published on meloseed.com and will not retrospectively remove rights arising from existing transactions where prohibited by law.
7. Intellectual Property & Liability Limitation
Original website content and other protected materials displayed on meloseed.com may be owned by Meloseed or licensed from relevant third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder. Temporary website interruptions or delivery disruptions may occur because of events beyond our reasonable control, including certain transportation problems, technical failures, or other exceptional circumstances. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should follow applicable product instructions and safety guidance, particularly when using exercise equipment, furniture, or household products. These requirements do not remove statutory rights concerning defective or unsafe merchandise.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements between Meloseed and its customers shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws and jurisdictional requirements that may apply. Nothing in these terms shall exclude, restrict, or override statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
